Module 05 · Axis Planning · 34h
The strategic direction and the plan the institution signs
The problem this module addresses
There are well-written technology plans that nobody in the policy area recognises as their own. And there are ambitious institutional plans with no digital counterpart at all. The two documents coexist, each satisfying a requirement, and the organisation carries on without a shared direction.
Content
Methodology
Workshops run with the core team and senior leadership, alternating collective construction with documentary consolidation between sessions.

Deliverables
Every NEXT C-LEVEL module ends in an artefact. Not in an attendance certificate.
From the book Agentic Digital Government
The leap begins when the direction changes, not when the technology arrives.

Expected result
A digital plan the policy area recognises as its own and that oversight accepts as formal.
Tell us the context and the moment. We reply with a reading of the fit and with what normally has to come first.
