Module 03 · Axis Leadership · 24h
Training the CPPO, the chief public policy officer
The problem this module addresses
Organisations tend to ask only their technology area for digital transformation. But digital transformation is a repositioning of the business, and the business does not sit only in technology: it also sits with whoever shapes the public policy and whoever delivers the service. As long as the policy leader asks for a system instead of a result, technology will struggle to deliver transformation on its own.

Methodology
Each participant arrives with a real challenge from their own area and leaves with it structured. Content is applied to the participant's own case, never to a generic example.

Deliverables
Every NEXT C-LEVEL module ends in an artefact. Not in an attendance certificate.
From the book Agentic Digital Government
The traditional manager asks how to deliver what was planned. The exponential manager asks how to solve the public problem at scale.

Expected result
The leader starts demanding value. Technology starts receiving a problem instead of a specification.
