About us
NEXT C-LEVEL was born of an observation: the digital agenda of the Brazilian state tends to be demanded only of the technology area, when it also depends on those accountable for public policy. We exist to bring these leaderships together and give them a method to lead the transformation jointly.
Mission
To give the people who decide public policy the same confidence to decide technology.
The policy leader does not need to become a technologist. They need fluency in decision-making, and fluency can be taught.
Vision
A state in which technology answers to public policy, and not the other way round.
That every digital agenda in the Brazilian state has, alongside technology, the people accountable for the service the citizen receives.
Values
These are not wall posters. They are the criteria we use to accept or decline a scope, and to decide what goes into a programme and what stays out.
Every technology decision is judged by what changes in the queue, the wait and the access.
When digital becomes the end, investment grows without the result showing.
Without a baseline, a discussion about AI is an exchange of personal preference.
The programme ends when the organisation no longer needs us.
What enters the room stays in the room. A published case is an anonymised case.
Growing without losing the quality the first cohort received.

Where we work
Central and arm's-length administration, regulatory agencies, public authorities, state-owned enterprises and state governments. The sequence of the method is the same; the entry point, the vocabulary and the pace change with the type of organisation and the moment in its institutional cycle.
Based in Brasília, operating nationwide.
How we work
Forty minutes is usually enough to tell whether the problem is one of capability, of governance or of how demand is framed.
