Tracks by role
The programme covers the organisation end to end, but nobody has to take all of it. Each role enters at one point, works through the modules that answer its own pain, and leaves with a specific set of capabilities.
Enters through module
AI X-Ray
The pain
Has to answer for a transformation agenda that cuts across every area, without time to go into the technical detail of each one.
Route
Leaves with
A single institutional view, a governance ritual in place and a dashboard to track progress without relying on verbal reports.
Enters through module
The Exponential Manager
The pain
Answers for outcomes in the citizen's life, but does not always have the method to translate that responsibility into a digital decision together with technology.
Route
Leaves with
The ability to define the expected public value, prioritise by outcome, build legitimacy and validate a solution before committing budget.
Enters through module
Digital Strategy
The pain
Receives finished specifications instead of problems, and ends up held solely accountable for a transformation that also depends on the policy areas.
Route
Leaves with
A digital plan the policy areas recognise, a written AI policy and a committee with real prioritisation criteria.
Enters through module
AI X-Ray
The pain
Is named as the bottleneck in capability building without a diagnosis of real demand or a track designed by role.
Route
Leaves with
Training demand measured, a track published at scale and certification that counts towards career development.
Enters through module
Foundations e-learning
The pain
Uses AI tools independently, without knowing what is permitted, and does not see their own routine reflected in the institutional agenda.
Route
Leaves with
Safe and productive use, a shared vocabulary and a route into the prototyping workshops.
From the book Agentic Digital Government
The traditional manager asks how to deliver what was planned. The exponential manager asks how to solve the public problem at scale.

How the tracks combine
This is what makes NEXT C-LEVEL different from a course catalogue: when the executive secretary commissions the programme, every role in the organisation finds its own place within it, from the transformation core to the operational front line, without anyone having to sit through what does not concern them.
