Training the core and the leadership settles the direction. It does not settle daily execution. The people who serve, analyse and operate need the same vocabulary, otherwise the change approved in committee arrives distorted at the front line.

Generative AI literacy: what it is, what it is not and what is prohibited.
Safe use: public data, sensitive data and approved tools.
Practical cases by type of routine, recorded in the organisation's own context.
